Generally, it’s a good dental office. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Note that their wait times with appointments are way too long. Sometimes you have to wait for one and a half to two hours. In my opinion, some of their office equipments, such as the x-ray machine has to be upgraded for better symptoms and underlying issues evaluation.

They do not honor their appointment times. I had an appointment to be seen today at 12:30pm waited until 1pm and was never seen. There was a group of six other patients, also presumably with an “appointment,” waiting to be seen before me. Why schedule people for an appointment if you cannot honor time commitment? Unless you have your entire morning or afternoon available you won’t be able to be seen. I ended up having to leave at 1pm because I had another medical appointment to attend to after this.
