First off. Theyre amazingly nice and caring people BUT BUT BUT They simply dont know how to properly appoint their patients. Im here right now waiting 30+ more minutes then my appointment time. Been like this for years and until i talked to my friends about their experiences elsewhere. I thought this was normal ITS NOT

They don't understand English and it's very hard to communicate with them
Generally, it’s a good dental office. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Note that their wait times with appointments are way too long. Sometimes you have to wait for one and a half to two hours. In my opinion, some of their office equipments, such as the x-ray machine has to be upgraded for better symptoms and underlying issues evaluation.
