Overcharged me far beyond what was discussed with the estimate and didn't do work we discussed. They did have a crew come out and do some work, so they're not one star. When I brought this up with them, they said they'd get back to me. No response for six months and they claimed that I never contacted them, yet I have the emails to prove it. Cannot recommend, unfortunately.
Today I came home from work at the Hospital to find my American Flag Desecrated. The staff is broken and missing, what is left is just a short stub. I spoke with the Leasing Manager, Dense who communicated their lawn care crew is Land Design. They are partnered with Land Design Plus. This pisses me off to no end, as I am an Army Veteran, as well as I have family who served in the Military, Army, Marines, Navy, and Airforce, such that my dad was part of an elite special force's unit called the Green Hornets.
3 star review because they didn't warranty any of the plants they installed. After about 5 attempts to get them to come out and even look at the dead plants we gave up. The design was great but no warranty on a 15k job is bs. The designer we had told us that they received a bad batch of certain plants and then left the company during our warranty period. We replaced them ourselves.
