After being loyal customers of Landesign Plus in Wentzville, MO, for 6 years while consistently paying bills on time or ahead of time, we are deeply disappointed by how they treated my 84-year-old aunt. We hired them to repair a residential backyard waterfall, paid $1,760 toward a $2,100 invoice based on a verbal estimate from George, and the actual work done deviated vastly from what was promised. Overcharged me far beyond what was discussed with the estimate and didn't do work we discussed. They did have a crew come out and do some work, so they're not one star. When I brought this up with them, they said they'd get back to me. No response for six months and they claimed that I never contacted them, yet I have the emails to prove it. Cannot recommend, unfortunately.
Today I came home from work at the Hospital to find my American Flag Desecrated. The staff is broken and missing, what is left is just a short stub. I spoke with the Leasing Manager, Dense who communicated their lawn care crew is Land Design. They are partnered with Land Design Plus. This pisses me off to no end, as I am an Army Veteran, as well as I have family who served in the Military, Army, Marines, Navy, and Airforce, such that my dad was part of an elite special force's unit called the Green Hornets.
