One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. My maintenance light came on, so I scheduled an oil change. I was first told by McLarty that they would honor the prepaid maintenance package I purchased from the Landers location on Colonel Glenn. After driving there, I found out they would not honor it, so I wasted a trip and had to schedule another appointment at the Colonel Glenn dealership.
