ZERO customer service. The service associate I spoke to was condescending, implying I didn’t know what type of motor is in my 25 year old truck. I told him it’s a 3.4. He argued with me that it’s a 3.5. I was firm: 3.4, it’s a 2000 model. He insisted that it’s 3.5, basically called me dumb, and then quoted me WAY MORE than what Toyota actually charges because “it’s going to need more than you think, but I don’t know what it needs.” I asked for a price breakdown, and he was hesitant to do that. Scheduled service to have vehicle recalls repaired two weeks ago. They picked up my vehicle in the morning and brought it back to me late afternoon with only one out of three repairs done. I had to call to find out what happened (but they did contact the previous owner of the vehicle for some reason). No apology or explanation was given except for that the parts weren't in yet.
