Scheduled service to have vehicle recalls repaired two weeks ago. They picked up my vehicle in the morning and brought it back to me late afternoon with only one out of three repairs done. I had to call to find out what happened (but they did contact the previous owner of the vehicle for some reason). No apology or explanation was given except for that the parts weren't in yet. My car’s oil and filter change was done in about an hour.I saw the vehicle all pulled up and ready to be delivered.I checked with the customer service rep who told me it will be done shortly.Another hour passed The vehicle still stood there and no agent approached me to let me know the work was done.Another agent tried to reach this agent who was supposed to be helping me.They got no answer.Ultimately the other customer service rep took care of the issue and prepared the bill.
