This is the most disappointing place I have been too. Drove over an hour to pick up vehicle: they could not locate key, knowing we were on our way, when arriving salesman and gm said lock Smith person on their way, fine. Waited 1hr , salesman said not guaranteed it will be done today! Will not make customer happy, but my salesman was very patient and of myself NO!! So asked about giving deal on vehicle we drove there said no can't do that. They need to fix it, and make it right!!
I have a 1996 Ford F-150 and I needed a part that I couldn't find. The staff in the parts department was great! He looked for 30 minutes and found the part that I needed. Most would have given up but he didn't and I appreciate that very much.
