Marlin and his crew did an excellent job. Had a hiccup with the part from a distributor and their communication and customer service on it was excellent. Once the parts came in they were right on top of the install. Definitely recommend and I’ll definitely work with them again
Highly recommended! We had Landers Home Services come out to fix some siding on my house, and they did a fantastic job. We hired Landers Home Services to complete hanging of a 25-foot long puzzle. Touch-up painting and nailing of the frame around the puzzle was also needed. This work required the use of a scissor lift. He also assisted us in changing the light bulbs on an RV bay garage light, which is about 16 feet high. Marlin was very professional and timely. We may see about getting a security system installed, which is another service advertised on his website. Would highly recommend checking this company out.
I feel very fortunate to have found Landers Home Service to install my replacement garbage disposal. Marlin and Devin arrived on-time and knew exactly what they were doing. They removed the broken disposal and replaced with the new, making sure all fittings were secure, tight and leak-proof. We have been working with Marlin for at least a couple of years now. At first he was just our first line of defense with our rentals as our Handyman. In late summer of ‘24 we had a fire in one of our units and Marlin stepped up as our general contractor. The whole unit needed work, floors replaced, kitchen completely gutted and completely repainted.
