Slow service. The advisor I met with tried to up charge me just because he could, he knocked $20 off my bill when I confronted him about it. Still pretty expensive. He also wouldn’t make eye contact with me, seems shoddy. Would recommend a different Ford dealership or different business altogether.
Bought over $250,000 worth of vehicles from this dealership the last few years. Can't get anyone in service to call me back for warranty work. I've called and left 4 voicemails. Absolutely unprofessional.
They’ve had my car for almost 3 months with no feedback other than when my husband calls them. Not pleased at all with them! I’ve been without my car for way too long with no clue on when I will get it back! Do not recommend!! 😡
Dropped off my 2023 two door Ford Bronco hard top, to have a soft top(no drill kit purchased directly through ford) installed. Paid for top and installation. Top was a little over $2000 and installation was around $400 so around 3k dollars paid. Three hours after dropping off my vehicle I get a call telling me that they are going to charge me over $3000 to install the top and it would take them 3 or more days to install the top that Ford boasts is a 3 to 4 hour assembly no drill needed easy install. I will never recommend Landers Ford service dept in collierville tn. My new F-150 has been in shop for over a week with my air conditioning cutting off and on for the second time and my sun roof is leaking. Someone finally looked at it after it was there for the week. Was told a part would be in Monday and return my truck. well guess what no one will return my phone calls and my new truck is still in the shop. Don't expect Emily to help ...she can't even return a phone call!!!
