Worst customer service period
Brought in our Ford Escape for an oil change and to have them fix an internal water leak dripping in the passenger floor board. We were 99% sure it was the AC drain since it hadn't rained in a couple weeks and the AC wasn't draining out of the bottom of the car as it would normally do after running. We were able to get under the car and push a coat hanger into the drain tube and get some draining, but it didn't last, we assumed it was blocked by something. Lesson learned- I won't be back to Lander's Ford. This morning I came in for an oil change. I decided to use a coupon from Landers for a $9.95 oil change. It included synthetic oil and filter (shop supplies may be extra). When I picked up the car the bill totaled $49.60 (I would have done it myself for that price). When I questioned this increase of nearly 5 times the advertised price I was told that my car required a 0W-20 oil. It doesn't, it requires 5W-30, as indicated both online and in the manual.
