Do not take your car here. My car was not fixed properly. The associate looked over my car upon completion with me. The associate let me drive the car home knowing that it was not fixed properly. He was interested in another gentleman to see what he knew about car repairs. Little did he know that I was watching and listening to him trying to convince this man that his car was fixed. Upon entering Landers Collision Center, on Colonel Glenn today, I met a real angel named Frances Wilkins, and she was so very kind to me. I actually went there for an estimate for my vehicle, but I left there feeling lifted, as if God had placed me there, for a specific reason in his perfect timing. Frances was thoughtful and compassionate, not only about her job, but she took the time to care. We had a conversation while I filled out my form for the estimate, and she walked around the counter and hugged me and through my te... read more
The crew here is top notch!! Our car was rear ended and needed significant repairs. The estimating team and technicians had ne in for repair and back on the road in a timely manner and the car looks terrific!!! We even took advantage of their Glass service and had them install a new windshield while the car was in for for repair!!! Mr Cobb and the crew handled the billing to the other guys insurance company handling any all necessary paperwork!!!
