Mr David at Landers Collision was awesome. I was in Little Rock visiting relatives when a deer hit my car and I needed a temporary repair so I could open my front passenger door. He had my car door operational in no time. What great service! Thank you Mr David.
First off, I will say all of their staff are incredibly nice. The reason for the low rating is that I have had my estimated completion date changed five times in a three week span. I was told that all of the parts needed for my body repairs came in incredibly fast, and that my truck would be done in about a week. Three weeks later, I've been told that the guy working on it was sick, which is fine, but then there were issues with the metal work, the painting work has taken days longer than I was told, and here we are on Frida... read more
I was traveling to visit friends and family when I got an unexpected crack across my windshield and body damage from hitting a deer on the highway. I called up the closet place I could find and it was landers. Angel helped me get in and out pretty quick. Everyone was nice and my service was fast.
They were never able to fully repair my Jeep. There was something always wrong with it. Glad I traded it in and never have to deal with this place again.
The work was great but the customer service by angel Montgomery was first rate. In today’s market that is rare
