Went to buy a car one night and they said it was too late to get contact any banks and that they would take my info and call me back in the morning. I didn't hear from them so I called them back and they said they would call me back and never did. Went down the street and got financed with no problem. No professional courtesy from these guys.
Last time my wife went here they charged here for services she never asked for. Last time I went here they messed up the warranty process, resulting in my claim being denied and cost me $1240. The best they would do to rectify the situation was a lousy 5% off
