I had a desperate situation with my refrigerator, water was spraying like a fire hose from tubing in the back, at a high rate of speed. When I called Landers, not only did they act quickly, they were kind and responded to the sound of panic in my voice. Brittany, who answered the phone, was professional but very understanding of my situation and was able to get someone to my house within hours.
