I called Lander Vision because my new glasses were making me dizzy. The receptionist told me I needed to come in to have them adjusted, so I left work and drove 30 minutes to their office. When I arrived, no one actually checked or adjusted my glasses. Instead, I was told that since I didn’t “upgrade” my lenses, I was probably allergic to the lens compound—and that was the end of the appointment. Our family had such a great experience at Lander Vision. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for each of us. They were prompt, professional, and genuinely caring. Fantastic service, friendly and warming! Great with my kiddos and honest with prices!
Dr. Lancaster was attentive and kind during my son’s exam. He was patient and answered all of my son’s questions. My husband also had a great experience with Dr. Lancaster and his staff. He was helpful in fitting glasses and suggesting the right lenses. You can tell he cares about the community he is serving.
So good with children! My little girl who needed her eyes checked was scared, but Dr. Lancaster was so sweet and kind. The visit turned out to be the highlight of her day!
