The whole practice is super empathetic and supportive. I brought my dog in for urgent care and was tearing up in the corner and Barabara brought me tissues and gave me a giant hug. The other front desk staff is incredibly courteous, flexible, and good at problem solving. Doctors are attentive, thorough, and very expert. Prices seem fair for the area and pricing is transparent. 3% discount if you pay with cash or check.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience bringing my cat in for an emergency visit on a Sunday morning. He received wonderful care and the vet even followed up with me to see how he was doing. Important to add, my cat is an absolute jerk at the vet and they handled him perfectly. Thanks to his excellent care he’s at home happily terrorizing the household. Would absolutely recommend!
Lifesavers! We called with an emergency from about an hour away, with neither of our dogs having been seen by these vets before. We were worried about a possible leg fracture, but knew that office hours were over soon. The emergency vet talked with us over the phone, after hours, looked at text photos, made herself available for an after hours emergency visit, but also found time to squeeze us in first thing the next morning and save us an emergency charge.
