Lidia is the listing broker for an apartment I saw today. It was a horrible experience meeting with her. She was rude and condescending. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. However, after my experience with her, I refuse to move forward because I do not want to give her a commission and put money in her pocket. I would highly reconsider hiring her to list an apartment.
