Kristy is amazing! We always have a great time & im always super happy with my hair when I leave.
I got a short cut. I was happy when it was cut, but I'm even happier as it's growing out. They did a really great job and gave me exactly what I asked for!
I rarely give poor reviews as I know stuff happens but the business owner, Kristy, does not take accountability for her employees. Nor does she answer her voicemails or messages left on her business phone/ fb account. I had 2 haircuts that resulted in chunks cut out (I am not exaggerating) and over thinning which I'm still trying to grow out 6 mths later.
