Landed was a fantastic partner in overhauling our pool area hardscape. The job finished on time, on budget, and looks beautiful. Very clear communications, friendly and responsive, and worked well with other contractors on site. 5 stars for sure.
Landed provided us with an impressively creative solution to create a new patio area that provided privacy, serenity and additional space. The workmanship, attention to detail and final product exceeded any expectation. We received prompt and thoughtful suggestions to solve remaining questions and experienced the utmost professionalism and care for the final outcome. We could not recommend Landed more!
Stay as far away as you can from this company. Our project was big and had several hiccups, some were out of our control but my husband ended up managing this job because TWO of Landed’s project managers left or were fired. We still pulled through, and what really got me is that items that were supplied by us- 2 fans and around 10 recess lights- were included in my final bill. The landscaping plan is spectacular and the crews that do the work (installation and maintenance) are really great. After the installation of the new landscaping, however, the communication and follow-through from Landed were awful, despite having paid for their top maintenance plan. Similarly, attempts to communicate our concerns with the owner and customer service manager were met with silence.
I hired Landed several years ago for lawn service and landscaping and i am beyond impressed with the work they provided. A very diligent and consciences team that executes timely and professionally . My yard looks fantastic. I highly recommend Philip
