Unfortunately we had a mixed experience. We had our backyard leveled for safety reasons, sod added, and a few plants placed. The crew were hard workers and got the job done quickly. A month or so before the job, our PM quit working with Landed. After that, communication really suffered with the company/PM. Many questions or expected follow ups prior to the job went unanswered, such as what plants are recommended to buy, is the job still on schedule. I found myself always need to reach out. Landed was very easy to work with, very responsive and reasonably priced!! They incorporated our ideas into their landscaping plan so we ended up with a professional design that reflected our personal preferences.
My neighbor used Landed, which at this very moment is using the loudest gas-powered leaf blower I've ever heard. It makes me want to scream, tear my hair out, have a fight with our neighbors about why on earth they employ such an unbearable company. Closing my windows did nothing to blunt that awful, awful NOISE!!! Alexandria City Council cannot ban these noxious gas blowers fast enough. It's like sitting underneath a poorly oiled jet plane. It's going to harm my hearing!
