Have gone down hill since the kids took the company over, are trying to destroy small town Burlington. Have already paid people off to have the site of their possible new development removed from Flood Insurance requirements despite being next to Gages Slough which will then be a, "Sucks to be you" that's passed on to one of the 89+ residents stuck on a dead end street when the site does flood.
