Landco came to the spa and saw our vision, turning a dusty, neglected lot into a clean, modern style surrounding for our new location. Grading and leveling along with landscaping that included water and plants made the spot look 100% professional in just a few days.
YES, LANDCO, YESSSS!!! Our new business property went from disgrace to DREAM! The owners Dave and Denise helped us come up with a beautiful vision, and they made it an even more beautiful reality! They were both on the ground with their team shoveling rock, installing plumbing and watering systems, planting bushes and generally transforming the entire area into a xeriscaped oasis. We have more plans for the rest of the land, and can’t wait to work with them again! 100000% recommend!
Such a great experience watching the magic that the owners and crew created from our dirt pit to beautiful landscaping! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond for us. It’s pretty rare to see the owners take part of the work but these two had no problem getting down and dirty with their crew. Dave and his company do terrible quality work, forget about any warranty guarantees, he has zero regard for the legal system. Instead of taking accountability for his actions, he had his family members leave 5 star reviews to try to hide what he is running from. The address listed on his website doesn't even exist anymore...
Dishonest and deceitful businessman. It is my opinion that Dave intentionally took advantage of my mother because she was elderly, widowed and terminally ill - which is reprehensible. This is a business owner that works in bad faith, lacks accountability and diligence, and will not honor his own contractual warranty. My mother hired Dave in early 2022 to complete some sod work and miscellaneous landscaping. Within months of the work completion, large patches of the sod began to die.
