TL;DR - You would be making a big mistake if you did not hire these guys to install your patio. I can't say enough good things about Joe and Julio. They were so professional and so friendly and easy to work with. The quality of their work is outstanding. Julio is extremely anal retentive about the quality of his work. I used this company as a recommendation and regret it. I had large mulch beds installed aroubd the house and the work is OK but they were supposed to put underlayment to mulch beds and didn't. They also broke one of my underground gutter downspout pipes and didn't have the ethics to tell me or fix it. Lastly when I got the final invoice it was $800.00 (50% more) than the quoted price and tbe job hadn't changed and wasn't previously communicated at all. Pretty crappy. Joe is in business to make his customers happy, they do not intentionally do things to upset any customer. They are human beings, nobody is perfect but they do their best to make their customers happy within reason while doing a quality job. Any negative review I read is an unreasonable customer based on my experience with Joe, his crew, his sister working the office and answering the phone!
