These people are so unprofessional when it comes to their job. I’m not quite sure where they got their training from other than maybe a cracker jack box. Most of them don’t speak English, which is fine, but at least one should understand a little English so they can communicate. So unprofessional when it comes to consistency with teams and cuts on your property. Although office staff is great and always gives an outstanding customer service experience. It simply can't make up for the lack of care from the rest of the management staff and higher ups.
