Im not sure who hired the front desk staff. But they should be fired or trained on professionalism! They’re very rude and say behind the desk talking about patients that walked through the door. I wouldn’t expect this coming from Conway Regional.

I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Landberg, but the front desk staff I spoke to was extremely rude and a bit annoyed I even called. She was hesitant/incompetent to provide referral information and I hung up knowing I'd prefer going somewhere I felt welcome.

Dr. Landburg is a good doctor and deserves a 5 rating, but the person answering his phone is the reason for his 3 rating. Today is the second time I’ve called Dr. Landburg office, and the person answering his phone was short with me. I asked for the dates of my appointments from last last year, which was only one-time, and the information this person gave to me was vague. Dr Landberg is the best gastro doctor in Conway. He is four of my family members doctor. He does not give up on complicated cases, and will keep pursuing answers. He truly cares for his patients.
