The company is unethical. My doctor provided a prescription. The company claimed the insurance does not cover medical supplies. Then, the company claimed I have lien insurance. When I asked for proof, the company was not willing to provide proof of these claims. In essence, it seems as if the company just wanted me to pay out of pocket.

This is the most unorganized, unprofessional company. I don’t think one star is even adequate. I really should have read these reviews prior to ordering anything from this company in order to save myself the grief.

Incompetent. Never advised me my cpap machine was recalled causing potential inhalation of toxic material. Unable to fill my physician request to replace my recalled machine. They call from unidentified phone numbers, leaving no message and then tell my physician they can not reach me. Then a day later after wasting my day, when finally reached, they state I should not except a replacement until December 29, 3 months post the doctor’s prescription.
