They have good customer service. When I could not find something I needed, they ordered it for me and even offered to bring my order to my car (social distancing and corona being the reason).

The order was taken by a guy that I have dealt with before. He's professional and efficient. The uniforms were not the set that I was looking for, but they will do. I ordered through a special promotion at the hospital, and it took about a month to arrive. The set fits well and I now have five sets for the week.
