Very disappointed in this contractor. A project that was only supposed to take 6 months at the longest.. took one year to complete. It was a constant battle to get him over here to do the job. Be aware.. he lies. A bunch of mistakes were made and never corrected. We were told he stands by his work 100%. Not true. He threatened to put a lean on my property if I didn’t give him his final payment. Even though the corrections weren’t addressed and project not completed. We feel we were ripped off. First of all, I must say the guys that actually did the demolition, re-plaster, tile, partial plumbing and coping did EXCELLENT 5 star! I don't usually complain, but we were not happy with the lack of communication with owner. I must say be sure you don't give last check unless job complete... I know I shouldn't have paid in full until job complete. We paid for a light replacement and that was not done. After much patience for several weeks , I had to demand refund for light. Bobby has definitely met all of my expectations from start to finish. We had our pool done right on time for summer and we are so happy with the outcome! Highly recommend him to design your dreams Pool!! Junior was also great and answered all my calls or text when I had a question on how to run my pool. Thanks again!!
