Dr. Landau listens, she is very patient and always makes me feel comfortable. I have never had a better General Practitioner. Patient, kind and competent. LCDF is lucky to have her.
Dr Landau is an amazing Dr. However her office staff need to be retrained in getting referrals sent to facilities in a timely manner. Also need to have better communication skills with patients. Talking about patients in spanish with other staff members is rude and very unprofessional. Each patient is to be kept confidential period!!
