Great vision and execution! We hired Landart to assist with the improvement of our home in Newport. Matt came for an initial consultation and straight away saw beyond what we could imagine was possible with our space. Then came Sam who made the magic happen on paper. Our property in Allambie Heights needed a "refresh". Andrew and his landscaping team transformed my front garden into a coastal look to deal with the hot sun and be low maintenance. I'm sure this project is small compared to many others but they took the time in agreeing to plant selection and scaled the project accordingly. Double checked we were satisfied. Very professional. We're looking at another project to provide privacy screening in my back garden as well. 100% Customer Service Guys :)
I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company. On the surface they present themselves as professional, but my experience revealed a very different side. There were repeated attempts to inflate charges at the end of the job, including fabricated claims for progress payments that were never part of the original contract. We're 80% of the way through our project, but I wanted to leave a review of our experience so far and will update my review with photos at the end of the project. Landart are the most professional organisation I've ever worked with, not just personally, but throughout my career too. They're highly experienced, very detailed and nothing is missed, all well organised, things are neat and tidy, contractors and materials turn up like magic.
