While the issue couldn't be solved for my current device, they are sending a new one and crediting my account for the downtime. Good Product to have peace of mind of cars theft
Waste of money.Its been 30Hrs still in previous location not moving.
Multiple defective devices, support seems to guess at what is wrong and asks you to see if it is better tomorrow.
