When my first device did not show up, I called LAS and they were very helpful in sending out a replacement right away. Very professional and very helpful. Since then I found that the first device was delivered by US Mail to a different apartment building in my neighborhood. Now that I have the original one, I will be calling LAS to sign me up and charge me for the second one. So far, these guys have been great to deal with. Thank you all.
Everything was laid out and explained as to what expect. It's giving me great confidence and assurance while keeping track of my equipment. It's a good back up.
