The absolute best river float experience you can get in NB and surrounding areas with the best bang for your buck. With how other businesses operate in this area, they don’t have to be this great, but still choose to. Flat $25 dollar rate, they don’t force you to rent a tube over some ridiculous made up membership rule (scam), and even if you need to use their tube, it’s included in the flat rate, shuttles run all day and quickly. Greater place for a family float. Top notch facility. Longest float on the Comal River.
Best outfit to tube with on the Comal!!!! Even though it was Labor Day weekend and there were lots of people, it was still fabulous. They have a huge parking lot right across the street from them, so parking is easy. The water is clear, blue and refreshingly cool. There’s one man-made, winding water shoot and one small ‘rapid’ water fall. (Both are super easy and fun).
