This is the worst title company that I ever had the experience of working with. The buyer who purchase 2 of my sellers properties choose to use this title company on both transactions. Both closings had terrible communication from title. When my check arrived at my office both times the coordinator Raizy Weber forgot to include the final closing docs (Alta, Deed) to both seller and buyers agent.
