Jessica Casson (Owner/Closer)falls extremely short of the industry standard. She is rude. She does not give copies of closing statements when asked by a Buyer Agent who is considered a “Party To The Transaction” Mike Seelbach (Alliance Title) saved my last and final deal with her.
I used this company twice, I regret it. Worst experience in the home buying and selling process i had. They continued to forget about our closing dates and would ignore my calls. The only way i can speak to Diana without being told she was out, was for my realtor to call in a 3way phone conversation. I lost money and time as they changed my closing date twice, as they "forgot or though it was a different month". I would give negative stars if possible.
