I personally cannot speak highly enough of Land Title Services and the team that works there. I have been buying and selling properties in Milwaukee since 2020, and there is no other title company I would want to work with. Would have thought that a title company would ASSIST you through the closing of a sale, however it felt like my closing officer lacked professional communication skills: barely communicated and I had to go through Land Title Services upper management and my realtor several times to get a response {I am someone who allows a person at least 48 hours to respond before seeking alternative methods of contact}, having to advocate for correct paperwork (which again shouldn't this be the professional double checking their own work o... read more
