I'm a part-time real estate investor and worked with Land Title. I've been through 30+ closings and Land Title was one of the best that I've ever worked with. I worked with Michelle from their team and she was fantastic. Quick, responsive, and easy to work with. This was one of the smoothest closings that I've had and I'm glad that my real estate agent put me in touch with Michelle!
Be careful and really listen and read over contract before signing. For one thing the day I closed I was very sick with pertussis and had coughing fits during closing but I was trusting this title company because they came recommended. I was given a check towards taxes and was told by Jackie when taxes comes out if more to let her know well the check was 466.50 less and Jackie is saying she never said to let her and I’m responsible “per contract”.
