Edit: To add to this process no one contacted Denver Water and I ended up with the sellers bill transfer and a late fee. When I called Land title Jess Browlee was extremely rude and unhelpful called in 9/1 and then had to call again on 9/10 because still has not been resolved. Process was far from seamless. This was not my first property purchase either. I called ahead for earnest money was told money order showed up to dropnit off money has to be wired. We used Land Title for the closing on ol Property purchase as well as for the closing on our mortgage. Both times were very successful and I’m very pleased with Land Title.
