Top notch, very professional. And, the ability to complete the process on line was the best.
We answered the same questions multiple times, making us wonder about the organization/communication of data. A couple of times we received notice of updates to one or more of the process documents. In the notice, the brief description of change was so brief and general we didn't know what changed. This required us to compare documents side by side to see what matched and what changed. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good working experience with Land Title of Parker. From the get go their team seemed to be making a number of mistakes, it seems they don't have a lot of experience with PR property closings. We went through many revisions, our legal team had to coach them through a number of those revisions and even when were signing the paperwork, we were given the wrong information about the Tax information that we needed to include, so we had to drive back to the office at the end of a terrible day, to res... read more
