Run FAR away! Unresponsive, poor communication and flippant attitudes to important and time-sensitive inquiries. Glad we switched title companies. This company would have made me lose $55K!!!!!!!!! Thankfully, Fidelity Title (Gina) stepped in and saved the day! What a horrendous experience Land Title was!
Seller and I had a dispute regarding contract and instead of them following escrow settlement procedures they just cut the check to the seller. I will be filing a complaint with the state regarding this matter and seeking advice of an attorney. They need to follow proper procedures. When I talk to them regarding it they just brushed it off like whatever. Kind of felt since I was in Florida they didn't care and felt they can just bully.
