Friendly professional precise and move the process along expeditiously
The closing on our new house was handled very smoothly. However, we did have a problem right at the start when we were told that the lender required two forms of identification versus just one. That wasn't something Land Title warned us about. We had to scramble to come up with the second form of identification, since my wife and I were newly married and she didn't have a lot of her identification changed to her new married name yet.
