Every week or whenever our HOA decides for them to come??? Landtech use their Dirt Blowers pointing them directly at our cars, homes, windows, patios. Brand New Cars. Why should they care. My point is Landtech doesn’t. They use their hedge trimmers twice a year to cut down the flowering plants to the ground. HOA Property Management Company are Rated 2.5 here in Mesa. It’s Trashed living here. Welcoming sign reads “A Private Community” Ratings 2.5 1 to 10 being best. -1
