I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the recent service experience and the current loaner vehicle policy. Two months ago, my vehicle underwent a wheel bearing replacement. During this service, the speed sensor was damaged by a technician, which I was informed was due to unforeseen circumstances. The total cost for this service exceeded $3000.00. I was extremely happy. Cara helped me with my first 6-month "pit-stop" service, as well as some roof lights which I'm purchasing for install....I waited comfortably upstairs with coffee...everything was smooth and efficient!
