Even though there were some delays with the service, Marco stayed attentive, kept me updated, and did his best to communicate throughout the process. I recently purchased a car for my son through Wilmer Esteban Guerrero at Land Rover, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience at the White Plains dealership. We will never return and will make sure our friends and family avoid doing any business with them. The customer service, especially from Manager Christopher Dodin, was completely unacceptable — he should truly learn what genuine customer service means before continuing in that role. Both Christopher and Jeff showed zero accountability and professionalism toward their customers.
