Really poor experience with service. Vehicle sat at the dealer for 2 months due to a software issue. In a rental for over 2 months and they provided no support. I asked to speak with the service manager on multiple occasions and I was completely ignored. Took in another vehicle and authorized a one hour diagnosis. Walked out with a bill for over $500.00 and nothing was fixed. Same service advisor in both scenarios. I asked for some sort of assistance / goodwill and again I was ignored and my messages were not returned.
What an amazing experience!
