We bought a used Velar in 2024 and we have been told that we should buy extended warranty to make sure we need not to pay if any issue occurs with internal system.We started seeing airbag sign and when we went to Range Rover dealership ,we have been told we need to pay $1200 to get it fixed .We showed them warranty papers and been told to pay $250 for diagnostic fee+$ 500 that will be charged anyway.So a total of $750 plus tax.If we did not have warranty then it would be $1200.I did not get why you made us pay$6000 extra for... read more

I received personalized and professional service from start to finish. So much so I took a photo with the service manager Tristan to prove it. He oversaw all the work on my Range Rover HSE at a fair and reasonable price in a short turn around. He even took my kids on a tour of the service area. I experienced an awesome 5star customer service here at Jaguar-LandRover Waterloo. Tristan Vu who is the Service Manager was very professional and demonstrated great team leadership.
