Morgan and Morgan for the money recently took my car to Land Rover of Tampa for a diagnostic because my key wouldn’t connect with the vehicle. I called for an update on the second day, only to find out that the person in charge of my service was off that day. Another staff member called to provide an update, but I was shocked when I learned they were quoting me $650 for a battery change. This was my first and unfortunately my last time going to this dealership. It is clear their pricing is inflated from $16,000 for a head gasket repair to different labor cost rates I was quoted ranging from $300 - $352 p/hr. This dealership prioritizes profit over fairness which undermines confidence in their integrity. This is poor business ethics and shows you do not value long-term customers.
