I got a flat tire. I was able to get my spare on, and drove to the dealership and they got me right in. I like the convenience of being able to drive right in, get the service I need, and get on with my day.
Young lady who helped was stellar but again, you didn’t fix my problem for the 8th time so I bought a Lexus.
Great experience. Nico was first up and took care of my initial drive-up, then spoke with Jason K. He was FANTASTIC, understood my Defender issue and service took care of the repair. Also, had nice chat with Louis on some vehicle tech support stuff too.... Thx Chris
