Very unprofessional dealership experience. Have been trying for months to get them to file EV paperwork and they keep delaying. Multiple assurances are given and broken. All the manager does is apologize for the poor experience but does not seem to be willing to follow up to fix the problem. Almost beginning to feel like this is a dealership that will say what it needs to get a car sold and then delay, duck, point at someone else in the company rather than ensure the problem gets fixed.
Terrible experience!!! We purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. The dealership sold the vehicle with check oil engine light on and check engine light on upon delivery. The dealership looked at the vehicle over four times and could not figure out the issue. Now I am told to take it to Porsche dealer, and they want to charge a diagnosis fee. This issue was and exitance when the vehicle was sold to me. This was addressed immediately with the dealership. I still DO NOT have an answer.......
I bought 2 vehicles now from this dealership each time Logan Stanley assisted me. I recommend if you are looking into purchasing a vehicle from this dealership ask for Logan. The entire sales staff was great. But without a doubt if you want the best look for Logan he’ll have you in and out and with a fair deal. Did I mention Logan was the best. Both purchase experiences were so excellent I didn’t even mind that he was a NCst fan.
When attempting to purchase a 2024 Range Rover Sport, in September 2024, the sales manager began negotiations by delivering a deal sheet that included a $5000 surcharge for ceramic coating on the vehicle. Mgt claimed this was "policy" for all new car purchases, but it was not listed as as part of the selling price on line. Had I known this fact beforehand, I would not have even visited the dealership. Buyers beware of this dealership. At signing time they added a significant market adjustment without notifying you in advance
I had a problem with the service department and the general manager Zachary Blau stepped in, and I am blown away by his commitment to 110% customer satisfaction. He is excellent and a true leader. For sales call Rusty, a Sony and avoid at all costs service coordinator, Douglas Smith, who should be terminated. It’s shame that DOUGLAS is a stain on this five star review and hopefully the situation with him will be rectified . I’ll be back to buy my next vehicle there!
