After avoiding the Range/Land Rover Spokane dealership at all costs, I found myself needing a repair on my Discovery that only the dealer could perform. Begrudgingly, I made the appointment. One of the most professional dealerships we’ve dealt with. Sales team was very pleasant to work with and the service team was great as well. I really liked the text updates and video of the work they performed. Loaner vehicle was very nice as well. The personnel definitely matches the vehicle. My one criticism would be the facilities, while they are clean, they’re pretty dated. But, I’d take top notch people over facilities any day.

I had issues with the front end suspension of my Range Rover and it was diagnosed with both front control arm issues. The parts were a factor recall and without any hesitation they took care of the problem quickly, did not upsell me on any other fixes and provided me with a loaner. My service advisor Dan Whalen was great. This is a big upgrade in their service department compared to the previous location.
