Top notch service. Had airbags replaced on recall. And a rear view camera was working intermittently. Serviced provided us a loaner vehicle and kept us updated when parts arrived and would be finished. Ryan was our service guy.
I scheduled a 45,000-mile service for our 2023 Defender, then had to change it due to my wife's schedule. This was done with ease and Land Rover Spokane accommodated our requested change nicely. My third time getting serviced here in the past 18 months and it keeps getting better and better. Staff is extremely friendly and very honest with what’s needed. I’m sadly moving soon so hopefully the next dealership is as great as this one!
Got me in next day when my battery started going bad. Completed the tune up and inspection in a timely manner. Very happy someone called to let me know they had moved to a new location! Much better access and parking!
