I have always been very appreciative of the service I receive at Land Rover of Spokane. The service department is honest and never tries to “upsell” services. Great Service and Sales staff at Land Rover Spokane. Before purchasing the vehicle, Karolina in Sales was very helpful answering questions over the phone and email, even sending pictures that more accurately reflected the color options. We ended up purchasing a vehicle at a different dealer while on a trip but even so Karolina was gracious and excited that I found what I wanted. Top notch service. Had airbags replaced on recall. And a rear view camera was working intermittently. Serviced provided us a loaner vehicle and kept us updated when parts arrived and would be finished. Ryan was our service guy.
