DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here!! They will destroy your car. Dishonesty ruined my motor. I purchased a 2021 velar new from Land Rover Spokane. Have had it religiously serviced by the service department until my contract ran out this year. Took my car into a reliable shop in town for an oil leak I was concerned about. They discovered that the Land Rover service department had not changed my oil filter in at least 40,000 miles!! Scheduling my appointment online was super easy. The service advisor was very friendly and they had a nice waiting area with drinks available and a TV while I waited. My only small complaint was that my tire pressure was not set correctly when I got my Discovery back. I had to stop on the way home to put air in all 4 of my tires. Obviously not a huge issue and most likely an oversight but still needed mentioning. Overall great experience!
This shop is pretty good, have taken my Disco here a couple times and have had a good experience. No issues using my warranty covered repairs, no issues after repairs are done.
Had a service appt there yesterday the guy at the counter was very nice and helpful however during our wait an employee I guess that has something to do with their shuttle service was very rude talking about me n my husband not being able to use their shuttle service because we were there early and that maybe if we were on time for our appt we’d had shuttle service. Mind you to us it was not a big deal that we didn’t get shuttled to go grab a bite to eat. We happily ubered over and back but this idiot employee didn’t realize... read more
