We had a great experience with Land Rover Spokane service recently when our vehicle completely failed while picking up guests at the airport. We were able to have the car towed to them and evaluated the next day. Ryan managed our service and the vehicle was fixed in 3 days. This is a tremendous improvement over our experience 2 years ago with this dealership’s service. We want to commend them in getting their shop turned around and definitely recommend Land Rover and Ryan to future customers.

Great experience getting my Range Rover in for a scheduled maintenance! This Land Rover dealership now in Spokane Valley has really upped their game: The move to a new facility is really appreciated, it is so much more open and up to date. The service department was able to schedule me for the very next day and best of all my Rover was done the same day! Really good things are happening here, it is great for customers and I'm sure Land Rover.
Excellent service and great communication from both the technician and service advisor. They provided pictures and a short video of the service which was really a nice touch.
