You buy a top luxury car, you expect the best quality of service and sales. That's what you get at Southpointe. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. I made an offer, they excepted and made sure the car was right. I live in Virginia, that didn't matter. They still treated me as if I lived right around the corner. Seth Smith did a great job handling all my customer needs. Thank you again

I loved my 2 Land Rover Discovery models (2002 and 2004). But I found the mechanics at Southpoint to be absolutely incompetent. I wanted to replace tires with a different size. They said it couldn't be done. They didn't know how to re-program the all wheel drive electronics. Another dealership re-programed it in just a few minutes. They failed to diagnose a loud connection rod noise, resulting in necessity to replace the entire engine (after warranty expired). Having had an interest in a Range Rover for a while I went to Southpointe's website to find out what my trade in might be worth. When you're on Southpointe's website they have you load all your information into Kelly Blue Book to give you an idea about your trade-in. After checking my trade in value I decided to go in and have a look. I am currently enjoying my second vehicle from Land Rover Southpointe. The whole process from purchasing the vehicle to routine maintenance couldn't be any easier. You are treated with such great care and feel so welcomed whether it's your first visit or a returning satisfied customer. Land Rover Southpointe takes pride in providing excellent service and they definitely accomplish this.
