My service advisor Eric, With the extra mile in every way. Absolutely hands-down the best service advisor I have ever dealt with.
Oil change and tire rotation. Service was FANTASTIC! Laila even drove me to the mall while I waited for my car to be serviced! She then went the extra step to ensure I had her cell when ready to be picked up, even arranged for a safe ride back to dealership after. Thank you for fantastic customer service!
Great experience with this service department and Advisor Erik G. Easy to communicate with, sent me updates the entire time my vehicle was there, and made the pickup process convenient.
I brought my land rover discovery in for a service that cost me 1500.00 and my car wasn't even put back together. Grill was out fender was hanging. Head light was not bolted. For 1500.00 you would think they would have bolted the stuff back together.
