Easy to schedule, service rep was friendly and professional and i was even able to pick up the vehicle after hours. 5 Stars all around. Everything was completed as discussed and a nice car wash to top it off!
Bought a used car here with 29,000 miles on it - a VW, not a Land Rover. A month after buying it, it felt like the tires needed to be balanced. Long story short, Les Schwab in Sparks on Los Altos told me my tires were separating and I needed $2400 in tires. Called service department at Land Rover advising I was not happy that I was sold a car with unsafe tires when they do safety inspections on all cars they sell. My husband always orders parts here, and he’s never had bad experience with them. Awesome prices and, great customer service! He orders parts through a guy named Dan every time and is always satisfied working with him! Definitely recommend this place!
