Five star service and sales department, always polite, helpful and professional. I'm still under warranty on two vehicles but once that's up I'll be buying another one from them as well. Sean is the man. Always been helpful, 5 star service. I forgot how good they were until i had the unfortunate stop by at Land Rover Tacoma. Victor worked hard to help me and was straightforward and supportive throughout. I didn’t end up purchasing today, but I appreciated his professionalism (especially in dealing with a relatively picky and detail oriented Land Rover aficionado such as myself) and recommend him and the team at Land Rover Lynwood in general!
I had a wonderful experience at Land Rover Lynnwood. Natasha was amazing — she patiently showed us different vehicles, answered all our questions, and even supported us after the purchase. Tyler and the rest of the staff were also very welcoming and professional, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their knowledge, care, and attentiveness truly stood out. I highly recommend Natasha, Tyler, and the entire team at Land Rover Lynnwood!
This place only gets two stars, one for free Lyft/Uber rides, and old granola bars/chips. Anyways, LOTS of the reviews here are ONLY about people purchasing vehicles and how nice and friendly the service staff are, not enough actual experience from customers who actually have problems with vehicles. We couldn't be more appreciative of Riki at Land Rover of Lynnwood. She was very dedicated, patient and committed to helping us take home our FREAKING AMAZING 2025 Range Rover Sport. Riki went above and beyond by continuously working behind the scenes to make it all happen, even while we were out having lunch and handling other business. She really made our entire experience from start to finish enjoyable and rewarding! We'll definitely be returning in the future!
