Purchased a used Defender 10 days ago and still do not have the car. Broke down as I left the dealership, waited 6 hours to repair it, then had to bring it back to the dealership the next morning with multiple problems, including the original issue (coolant leak), along with broken headlights, warning signals, and a faulty heated steering wheel. I don't think you could deal with a better group of people. A group that truly care and are patient. They definitely put the customer first and treat them fairly and honestly. A very rare and refreshing experience in this area. Land Rover Brooklyn at 809 Neptune Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224 does bait-and-switch charges. They do not disclose charges upfront and charge $569.99 per issue that you ask about. They also run diagnostic tests that they put as mandatory so that you have to pay for them. They will not release your car unless you pay for diagnostic charges, $569.99 per issue, without any repairs. It is a $300 per day storage fee for each day the car is not picked up.
