I strongly advise avoiding this location after my experience with Morgan Conde (more like “Con”). I will never bring my business here again. I brought my vehicle in for warranty service, but dealing with Morgan was a textbook example of everything wrong with this industry. My service advisor (Mark) was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He helped me every step of the way.
I have tried several Land Rover dealerships, including Land Rover Newport Beach and Land Rover Anaheim, but the Riverside location is by far the best in the area. Arin in the service department and Mark were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Looking for a new luxury suv and went to Landrover Riverside and test drove a Discovery. Greg Suzuki was very knowledgeable, nice, and accommodating.
