I came in for a KBB cash offer appraisal and was given an insultingly lowball offer. To make matters worse, the manager exaggerated the vehicle’s condition by reporting more than minor damage to KBB, which unfairly lowered my appraised value. As someone with over 20 years in the auto body industry, I know the difference between minor wear and true damage, and their claims were simply not accurate. The process felt dishonest and the customer service was unprofessional.
