I had the worst experience ever with the service department at this dealership. From the start, communication was practically nonexistent. No one answered the phone, and when they did communicate, it was mostly through vague text messages with little to no explanation. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get my Range Rover inspected. After it was finally inspected, it took two full working days to receive the inspection report and estimate. Once I approved the repairs, it took days just to order the parts. The salesman that helped me was great...but if you try to get a hold of service THEY SUCK...My 2023 Discovery Sport with 20000 miles shakes when I brake, the front door has developed a sharp edge on the inside handle that actually cut my wife, the passenger door rattles, the rear door drivers side rattles, these vehicles SUCK. I will never again purchase any of the Rover products. And service is NON EXCISTENT...From the PASADENA STORE...Beautiful vehicle with problems.
