First, getting a loaner was easy and straight forward. The service sept staff and Phil who was my service advisor were courtesy and clearly knowledgeable. There is a Land Rover dealership 5 miles from my home in Westchester county and I drive to NJ because the service and professionalism is outstanding.
Just had my Range Rover SVR serviced My Service Advisor Sumit, was punctual, took care of me professionally and his assistant Axel are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend dealing with these two gentlemen
