Service was scheduled without difficulty online and instructions and details regarding service was thoroughly explained. Stacey has exceptional customer service and the supporting staff was great. Follow-ups and updates were very detailed and timely.
Sumit was my services manager. He was awesome. Great communication and thorough. Highly recommend him and RR Paramus.
It’s always a pleasure going into Land Rover’s service department. They’re on top of the issue and always get a call before it’s even ready. Love that they send me videos while the cat is being serviced.
Stanley is the best! He has always been very thorough and maintain contact for updates, cost and/or diagnosis! The entire experience with Land Rover Paramus has been excellent!
