Highly recommend. Worked with Patricia on an out of state car purchase. I have bought several cars out of state but never without seeing them in person first. This is the only car I have purchased sight unseen. Patricia was great at communication, very responsive and patient. While it was a used car I am very particular about my cars and she assured me this one was well cared for and it was. They also were very accommodating on working out a deal for my trade. If they have a vehicle you want ask for Patricia!
One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. When the drivers window fell in to the door on my 3 year old vehicle they tried to say it was because of the weight of the window tint. During the repair of this issue they managed to damage the tint and allowed me to drive off the lot without informing me of these damages. By far the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Not only was Alex H very responsive to questions via phone or text she even picked me up at the airport when I flew into purchase a car. The paperwork process was very quick and efficient and my flight in was delayed so got a late start and not only did she stay a hour late finishing the paperwork, she even took the time after to go through all the tech features of the car and then made sure to take a picture of me with the new car.
