Where do I start? I traded in my Tahoe and they gave me less than what it was worth. They added on more expenses on my new purchase. So I got screwed on the deal. I can’t afford the $280 oil change. So I went somewhere else and they won’t turn off the service required signal off for me. Also the finance manager took my cell phone number out of my private information and texted me to ask me out. The GM did nothing
I’ve owned Land Rovers for years, but the service department at Land Rover of Ocala is by far the worst I’ve experienced. Working in service at a Mazda dealership myself, I’m shocked by the complete lack of communication from my advisor, Juan. Getting a simple text or call update on your car is virtually impossible you have to constantly reach out to get any sort of update. Had a fast, prompt and professional experience with Jennifer Frost. I inquired online about a vehicle, and within minutes, not hours or days, Jennifer sent over the window sticker and a personal video of the car. Although I found the perfect vehicle closer to home at the last moment, I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize Jennifer in the future.
WARNING!!!The Morgan group will lie and not fix your car , kept mine for 11 months. Got it back, did the exact same thing after almost $4000. Told them to come get it. Said we don't do towing. After I had it towed back in. Said now its leaking on top of engine. The $2000 part they replaced covered the entire top of engine. I told them I have to talk to management.
